Brief History Of Metro Bis Restaurant

The restaurant is located within the iconic Joseph Ensign House. Its main dining area and event spaces sit right on the annex built by the Congregational Church in the 1960s. Owned and operated by award-winning Chef Christopher Prosperi, Metro Bis had been serving gastronomic cuisines in Simsbury for almost 15 years when they merged with the 1820 House Inn to create this charming wedding venue we know of today.

Noteworthy Features

One of the most remarkable features of this wedding venue is how the private function areas already have a specific aesthetic and style. It won’t take a lot for you to amp up the decor especially when your theme is rustic elegance. Plus, the food is amazing! Your guests will definitely remember your wedding as a memorable culinary experience.
